  • Ďakujeme za výzvu k ohodnoteniu Vášho hotela- urobili sme to s radosťou. Pobyt v predmetnom hotely bol príjemný boli sme veľmi spokojní s ubytovaním stravou i službami personálu. Na požiadanie nám zabezpečili donášku jedla k večeri, poskytli k tomu i príbory.

  • I was given a key card for my room which was old and didn't work properly. It has to be recharged several times. On the last night the key card broke in half. I was not allowed into my room until I paid 70 CZK for a new one. It is an example of the poorest customer service I have ever seen. For a small amount of money (about 2 1/2 Euro) they lost a customer. Would not return. One towel daily the thinnest I have ever seen, bed made daily but no linen changes over 4 night stay.
